Refund Policy

Exchanges
  • If you find your product malfunction or not in acceptable condition, we are more than happy to help you out to have it checked and replace if necessary. 
  • If we decide your product need a replacement, we will happily ship a brand new one to you for FREE.
  • Please contact our team through email hello@demiglow.com, or instagram dm.
Refund
  • If you wish to get a full refund, you have to inform our team within 14 days after you have receive the product.
  • Eligibility for a full refund:
  1. Customer receive the item in damage/non functional condition.
  2. Product purchased is not on "Sale" item.
  • For a full refund to take place, the items must be sent back, unused and in it's original box and packaging.
  • Customer's will bare the cost of postage back.
  • Refund process will take between 7-14 days after we have receive the return product.
  • We have the right to reject any full refund request, if we receive the return item in an unacceptable condition.

Cancellations

  • Any cancellations made, will incur a 15% admin charges.
  • In a case of items has been shipped out, we humbly apologise as we do not accept any form of cancelations.
